Hypnotherapy for
R3: Root, Release, Regrow
Hypnotherapy goes straight to the point of origin which is why it is such a powerful treatment. In order to change your response to situations the change must take place in the subconscious mind.
For example, have you noticed problems with weight control? Have you plateaued on your health journey? Have you had problems staying on a health journey at all?
Three sessions might be the effective method you need. It also assists in getting your preferred future time slot when you purchase a package.
RTT® effectively creates new healthy patterns of behaviour by re-training the mind to form a different response to situations or people that trigger stress. By exploring and eliminating the reasons why you feel stress and anxiety in situations, this will bring you immediate results.
Root
We will specialize our first session on the root issue and weed it out. You will usually receive 1 custom meditation recording during this time to firmly plant your new action plan.
Release
Like a plant needs a trim to keep a desired shape, so does our minds. We’ll revisit any dormant beliefs that sprouted after your first 30 days. You will usually receive 2 specialized custom recordings during this time for reinforcement.
Regrow
At this stage, you are now into new territory and are seeing your environment in a new light. Get ready to expand to your new life! You can receive up to 2 more specialized custom meditation recordings during this time.
You will benefit from a more relaxed and calm way of thinking. Your outlook will also help your weight control journey to have a comfortable destination. Your physical and mental symptoms will be different throughout 90 days, and you will feel the care and support the entire time.
